The Lord laid it on the hearts of two Women who were seeking their own  Small Group Bible Study and/or Christian Book Group. They wanted a study  or group with lots of discussion, application, prayer, and fellowship.   In an effort to meet their needs and the needs of others, they decided  to develop a website that might encourage other Women who were looking  for a similar type of Bible Study or Christian Book Group. And, at the  same time, offer some guidelines to help them get started.

One  woman has extensive experience facilitating Groups for many  years and was a Columnist for Lifeway publishing, and  both have participated in Small Groups. In addition, each had Group  training education classes as part of their college curriculum.
